1932 Buffalo Type 50
Buffalo Fire Appliance was once one of the more popular builders, and is still one of the most numerous names on the roster of pigs in private ownership. The company was founded in buffalo, New York, in 1920 with the intention of getting into the business of helping all those cities convert from horse-draqn steamers to automotive-powered pumpers.
This 1932 Buffalo was a 500 gallon per minute Type 50 B Custom model. It is called a triple combination because it has a pump, booster at 150 gallons per minute and hose 1,000 feet.
