1. Do you accept Money Order?
   Yes, we accept Money Order. When you check out, please select Mail Check payment method.
   
2. What the title that Money Order payable to?

4. Do you take credit card over the phone?
   Sorry we can't take credit card payment over the phone. We use PayPal to process credit card payment.
   
5. Do you accept pick up?
   Yes, we accept local pick up. Please email us (sales@boomingisland.com) for the further information.
   
6. How long I can receive my order?
   When your payment is cleared, we will ship out your order on next day.
   If you select FedEx Home Delivery, it will take 1-5 business days. (Southern California shall receive it on next day. East Coast shall receive it on 5th business day.)
   If you select USPS Priority Mail, it will take 2-3 business days.
   
7. Do you ship to Alask, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
   Yes we ship to above states with Priority Mail. When you check out please select USPS Priority Mail shipping method.
   
8. Do you ship to P.O.BOX and Military Address?
   Yes we ship to above addresses with Priority Mail. When you check out please select USPS Priority Mail shipping method.
   
9. How to process shipping damage?
   If you find shipping damage when receive it, please email us immediately. We will file claim to FedEx and they will go to pick up. After they pick up, we will replace another one for you.
   
10. If product is defect, what can I do?
    If product comes with manufacturer warranty, customer must contact with manufacturer directly. Such as Nikon Digital Camera, they all come with American Nikon One-Year Warranty and ICS Airsoft Guns they all come with Distributor 30-day Warranty.
    If the product comes with our warranty, please report us within valid period.
