Warranty:

If product comes with manufacturer or distributor warranty, customer must contact with manufacturer or distributor. We are not responsible for manufacturer or distributor warranty.
Warranty begins from date of original retail purchase 
Our Warranty Does not cover shipping or handling cost from customer. We pay shipping charge for sending back to customer.
We suggest customer once receive package open box carefully (don't damage the outer box) and inspect the item immediately. If you damage the outer box, carrier will reject shipping damage claim.

Digital Cameras:

All Digital Cameras come with manufacturer 1-Year Limited Warranty.

Airsoft and Air Guns:
ICS: 30-Day Distributor Warranty.
SRC: 30-Day Distributor Warranty.
All other Airsoft Guns comes with our 15-day Warranty.

Warranty is limited to replacement of manufacturer defect components. Distributor or us will fixe defect item. We will not replace new item except we can't fix it.
This warranty does not cover failure in operation due to mishandling, introduction of foreign matter to outer and inner components
Warranty does not cover failure in operation or breakage of internal components due to introduction of petroleum based solvents, and or, lubricants
Warranty is null and void if AirSoft product is modified, altered, and or, painted.
Warranty is null and void if improper BB size, or low quality/grade BBs are introduced into mechanism
Warranty is null and void if AirSoft product is disassembled by non-factory authorized service personnel
Warranty is only valid in the United States
Accessories are not covered by said warranty
Distributor Warranty Does not cover shipping or handling cost from, and back to customer, or any incidental or consequential damages caused by defect in materials or workmanship.
Out of Warranty/fee based service available
Distributor or us reserve the right to determine if an item is acceptable for warranty repair.
Items that do not qualify can be serviced in Distributor or us. Labor and shipping charges will apply.

Blu-ray, DVD and Books:
2-Day Inspection Day. No refund warranty.

Sporting Goods:
2-Day Inspection Warranty.

Scope:
NcStar Optical items: Manufacturer Limited Life-Time Warranty.
NcStar Laser: Manufacturer Limited 1-Year Warranty.
Other Scope: 30-Day Warranty.

Toys and Figures:
All toys come with our 2-day Inspection Warranty.

Tools:
Jeep: Comes with manufacturer Limited Life-Time Warranty.
Other toos: 7-Day Limited Warranty

All the product comes with shipping insurance.

 

Return:

  1. If you qualify our warranty policy, we will issue a RMA No.
  2. Write down RMA No. beside the shipping label.
  3. A copy of the original receipt, a brief explanation note and contact info (return address and telephone number) must be included with the shipment.
  4. Once we issue a RMA Number, customer must ship it out within 4 days.
  5. All the package without RMA Number will be returned to sender.
  6. If item is shipping damage, customer must put everything back to original box and carrier will come to pick up on in 2 days.
  7. Customer pay the shipping charge to send it back.

 

 

Refund:
  • Full refund for shipping damage or package missing.
  • For defect item, we refund you product price. We don't refund prior shipping charge.

 

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Wrong Shipping Address: If you provide wrong shipping address, you need to pay rerouting fee or shipping charge again.
  • Missing package: If you don't receive order within 2 weeks, you have to report us immediately. If over 2 weeks, we still help you to file claim to carrier but if they reject our claim, all the loss will be yours.
  • Carrier returns package (undeliverable): For return package, no matter any reason except we type wrong address, customer must pay shipping charge again for resending.
  • Shortage: You have 2-day to report us for shortage since you receive package.
